At WAXBAYSUPPLIES we take pride in providing high quality waxing and beauty supplies. Due to the nature of our products and for sanitation purposes, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products.

However, we will gladly offer a replacement or store credit under the following conditions:

• Item arrives damaged or defective

• Incorrect item was received

To be eligible, you must:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

• Provide clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item

• Include your order number

If approved, we will issue a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
